A Third-Generation Builder Since 1977
Tom Scrivner is a third-generation general building contractor. His great uncle took him on as a young man and taught him the trade on real job sites, where the work had to be right before anyone moved on.
Tom added formal training in architectural drafting and civil and structural engineering at Fresno State, so structural questions get answered on paper before they become surprises. In 1977 he founded Thomas Scrivner Construction in Fresno on three values that haven't changed since: integrity, honesty and hard work.
47+ years later the company is still locally owned and operated, and the person who looks at your project is the person whose name is on the company.
